This EP combines Vector Hold's particular brand of outrun with the Summer lust of nostalgiasmiths like SLAD. It's unilaterally upbeat and mostly fast-paced except for the slightly funky "Morning Magic", which edges out the outrun songs as my personal favorite. "The Last Day of School" has a jangly guitar hook battling with a cheesy-sounding synth line. "Best Summer Ever" has killer leads and some triangle action. I feel like I should know the sound clip. "Skinny Dippers" is just good, clean fun.
Favorite track: Morning Magic.
